DESCRIPTION

Jørgen Bækmark Danish 1960s Spindle Barrel Tan Leather Chair

A beautiful Danish barrel chair designed by Jørgen Bækmark, dating from the 1960s. The chair has a lovely sculptural shape, with elegant spindle detailing and a solid teak frame that shows excellent colour and grain.

The cushions are nicely shaped and supportive, offering a very comfortable sit. Finished in a hand-dyed tan leather with a rich patina and depth of colour, the leather has aged beautifully and adds real character to the piece.

A well-made, high-quality chair with classic Danish design, built to last and ideal as a statement piece for a living room, study or bedroom.

Good vintage condition overall, with light age-related wear consistent with its age.
